Common Shares On September 30, 2015, the Company completed a registered offering of 16,670,000 of its common shares, no par value, at a price of $6.00 per share, for aggregate gross proceeds of $100,020 (the “Equity Offering”). Underwriting and other issuance costs of $4,676 incurred in connection with the issuance of these new common shares have been reflected as a reduction to the gross proceeds from the Equity Offering, net of income taxes of $1,200. The proceeds from the Equity Offering were used by the Company to fund a portion of the purchase price of the Sunrise Acquisition (see note 16).
