Commitments and Contingencies Disclosure	(9) Commitments and Contingencies In May 2013, the Company entered into a new lease agreement for office space in Houston, Texas. In October, the Company mutually agreed with the developer to cancel the lease agreement. We had no other material changes in our contractual commitments and obligations from the amounts referenced under Note 5 of our consolidated financial statements in our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2012.
