A second, 90-day extension is available for customers that continue to be impacted by the pandemic. NPA / Charge-Off Trend Non-Performing Assets (“NPA”) increased to $117.7 million at 2Q20, primarily as a result of: Increased loans 90+ days past due and still accruing, and $3.1 million increase in OREO and repossessed collateral. As a percentage of Total Assets, Total NPAs declined to 0.59%. Net Charge-Offs (“NCO”) totaled $9.2 million in 2Q20, which equated to an annualized NCO ratio of 0.27%. YTD NCOs totaled $13.6 million, which equated to an annualized NCO ratio of 0.20%. $3.7 million of 2Q20 NCOs was the result of the sale of ~$9.8 million of substandard loans that had been acquired via the merger with Fidelity Bank.
