Acquisitions	ACQUISITIONS We purchased two parts distribution centers in 2019. Acquisitions are included in the Consolidated Financial Statements from the date of acquisition. The purchase price allocations for the business combinations in 2019 are preliminary and subject to final adjustment. We purchased one store and two collision centers in 2018 and one store and seven collision centers in 2017. The acquisitions that occurred during 2019 were not material to our financial condition or results of operations. Additionally, on a pro forma basis as if the results of these acquisitions had been included in our consolidated results for the entire years ended December 31, 2019 and 2018, revenue and net income would not have been materially different from our reported revenue and net income for these periods.
