Twenty-five percent of Mr. Reinckens' options, representing options to purchase 46,875 shares of common stock vested on July 22, 2004, an additional 15%, representing options to purchase 28,125 shares of common stock vested on July 22, 2005, and an additional 25%, representing options to purchase 46,875 shares of common stock vested on July 22, 2006 pursuant to this formula. The remainder will be fully vested on July 22, 2007. The options granted to Mr. Reinckens were subject to accelerated vesting under certain circumstances.
