Marketable Securities	MARKETABLE SECURITIES In December 2021, we sold our 564,612 common shares of The Macerich Company (“Macerich”), realizing cash proceeds of $9,506,000. These shares were received in connection with the sale of Kings Plaza Regional Shopping Center (“Kings Plaza”) to Macerich in 2012. The gains and losses resulting from the mark-to-market of these securities during 2021 were presented as “change in fair value of marketable securities” on our consolidated statement of income.
