Subsequent Event	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On October 12, 2023, we acquired the fee interest under a portion of our Mercer on One (formerly known as Mercer Mall) property for $55.0 million pursuant to the purchase option included in the master lease. On October 27, 2023, we sold a building in Santa Monica, California for $17.2 million.
