SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENT On October 22, 2012, we repaid the mortgage loan on Mount Vernon prior to its original maturity date at par for $10.2 million. This loan had an original maturity date of April 15, 2028; however, the loan was prepayable at any time after October 14, 2012.
