Fair Value of Financial Instruments
(8)
Fair Value of Financial Instruments:  The fair values of cash and cash equivalents, receivables and short-term borrowings approximate their carrying values due to the short-term nature of the instruments. The carrying amount and fair value of the Company's fixed long-term debt at June 30, 2011 was $404 million and $433 million, respectively and $414 million and $438 million at December 31, 2010, respectively. The fair value of long-term debt is calculated based upon interest rates available for debt with terms and maturities similar to the Company's existing debt arrangements.
