SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	7. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On March 26, 2015, William Derosa resigned from his position as a member of the board of directors of the Company. No other material subsequent events have occurred since December 31, 2014 that require recognition or disclosure in the financial statements.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
