Commitments and Contingencies	6. Commitments and Contingencies The Company is, from time to time, involved in litigation incidental to the conduct of its business, including personal injury litigation, litigation regarding merchandise sold, including product and safety concerns regarding heavy metal and chemical content in merchandise, litigation with respect to various employment matters, including litigation with present and former employees, wage and hour litigation, and litigation to protect trademark rights. The Company believes that current pending litigation will not have a material adverse effect on its consolidated financial position, results of operations or cash flows.
