(5) Gift of common shares to an individual on December 7, 2001, which common shares were held by the reporting person as custodian, and return of common shares to reporting person on April 24, 2002. (6) Represents common shares acquired and held by spouse through the Bob Evans Farms, Inc. Dividend Reinvestment Plan.
