Subsequent Event	Note 15 – Subsequent Event The Board of Directors approved the sale of the Company’s elastomer business based in Brea, California known as the Kirkhill business in March 2018. On March 15, 2018, the Company sold the assets and certain liabilities of this business to TransDigm, Inc. for $50 million, before a working capital adjustment to be determined when the closing balance sheet of the business is finalized. The Company expects to record a loss on sale ranging from $5 million to $7 million.
