Compensation and Employee Benefit Plans [Text Block]	Note 8 — Employee Benefit Plans The Company has an employee profit-sharing salary reduction plan, pursuant to the provisions of Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code, for all employees. The Company’s contribution is a matching percentage of the employee contribution as determined by the Board of Directors annually. The Company’s expenses for the plan were $1.2 million and $1.0 million for 2025 and 2024, respectively.
