The total amount of the dividend was approximately $2.1 million and was charged against retained earnings. On April 14, 2025, the Company paid a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per common share to all shareholders of record on April 7, 2025. The total amount of the dividend was approximately $2.1 million and was charged against retained earnings.
