The total amount of the dividend was approximately $2.1 million and was charged against retained earnings. On April 22, 2024, the Company paid a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per common share to all shareholders of record on April 15, 2024. The total amount of the dividend was approximately $2.1 million and was charged against retained earnings. On July 15, 2024, the Company paid a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per common share to all shareholders of record on July 8, 2024. The total amount of the dividend was approximately $2.1 million and was charged against retained earnings. On October 14, 2024 the Company paid a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per common share to all shareholders of record on October 7, 2024.
