Note N – Provision for Taxes

The effective tax rate for the three months ending June 30, 2024 was 23.8% compared to 22.3% for the same three month period last year. The effective tax rate for the first six months ending June 30, 2024 was 23.8% compared to 22.6% for the same period last year.
