Compensation and Employee Benefit Plans [Text Block]	Note 8 — Employee Benefit Plans The Company has an employee profit-sharing salary reduction plan, pursuant to the provisions of Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code, for all employees. The Company’s contribution is a matching percentage of the employee contribution as determined by the Board of Directors annually. The Company’s expense for the plan was $1,094 thousand, $1,179 thousand and $1,041 thousand for 2023, 2022 and 2021, respectively.
