Compensation and Employee Benefit Plans [Text Block]	Note 8 — Employee Benefit Plans The Company has an employee profit-sharing salary reduction plan, pursuant to the provisions of Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code, for all employees. The Company’s contribution is a matching percentage of the employee contribution as determined by the Board of Directors annually. The Company’s expense for the plan was $1,041 thousand, $841 thousand and $816 thousand for 2021, 2020 and 2019, respectively.
