Dividend Payment Terms [Text Block]	Note G – Dividend Payment On September 14, 2021, the Company paid a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per common share to all shareholders of record on September 7, 2021. The total amount of the dividend was approximately $1.9 million and was charged against retained earnings. On June 8, 2021, the Company paid a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per common share to all shareholders of record on June 1, 2021. The total amount of the dividend was approximately $1.9 million and was charged against retained earnings. On March 24, 2021, the Company paid a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per common share to all shareholders of record on March 17, 2021 (the amount was funded to the transfer agent by the Company on March 19, 2021). The total amount of the dividend was approximately $1.9 million and was charged against retained earnings.
