The total amount of the dividend was approximately $1.8 million and was charged against retained earnings. On March 18, 2019, the Company paid a quarterly dividend of $0.125 per common share to all shareholders of record on March 11, 2019. The total amount of the dividend was approximately $1.8 million and was charged against retained earnings.
