Note 4 — Operating Leases

The Company leases warehouse and office space under non-cancelable operating leases that expire at various dates through 2020. Terms of the leases, including renewals, taxes, utilities, and maintenance, vary by lease. Total rental expense included in the results of operations relating to all leases was $1.0 million in 2017, $0.9 million in 2016, and $0.9 million in 2015.

 

At December 30, 2017, minimum rental payments for warehouse and office space under non-cancelable leases with terms of more than one year were as follows:
