In February 2016, the Financial Accounting Standards Board (“FASB”) issued Accounting Standards Update (“ASU”) 2016-02, Leases (Topic 842). The Company is evaluating the effect, if any, on its financial statements.

In March 2016, FASB issued ASU 2016-09, “Compensation – Stock Compensation (Topic 718). This amendment is effective for fiscal years beginning after December 15, 2016, including interim periods within those fiscal years. Early adoption is permitted for any interim or annual period. The Company is currently evaluating the effect that the updated standard will have on its consolidated financial statements and related disclosures.

In August 2016, FASB issued ASU 2016-15, “Statement of Cash Flows (Topic 230). The amendments in this update address diversity in how certain cash receipts and cash payments are presented and classified in the statement of cash flows. This amendment is effective for fiscal years beginning after December 15, 2017, including interim periods within those fiscal years. Early adoption is permitted for any interim or annual period. The Company is currently evaluating the effect, if any, that the updated standard will have on its consolidated statement of cash flows.
