On July 9, 2012, the Company paid a dividend of $0.08 per common share to all shareholders of record on July 2, 2012. The total amount of this dividend payment was approximately $1.1 million and was charged against retained earnings. On October 5, 2012, the Company paid a dividend of $0.08 per common share to all shareholders of record on October 1, 2012. The total amount of this dividend payment was approximately $1.1 million and was charged against retained earnings.
