Compensation and Employee Benefit Plans [Text Block]	Note 9 — Employee Benefit Plans The Company has an employee profit-sharing salary reduction plan, pursuant to the provisions of Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code, for non-union employees. The Company’s contribution is a matching percentage of the employee contribution as determined by the Board of Directors annually. The Company’s expense for the plan was $0.33 million, $0.18 million and $0.13 million for 2011, 2010 and 2009, respectively.
