The Equitrans Share Exchange	The Equitrans Share Exchange On February 26, 2020, the Company entered into share purchase agreements with Equitrans Midstream to sell approximately 50% of the Company's equity interest in Equitrans Midstream to Equitrans Midstream (the Equitrans Share Exchange) in exchange for a combination of cash and fee relief under the Company's gathering agreements with EQM. The Company currently owns approximately 19.9% of the outstanding shares of Equitrans Midstream's common stock; following the closing of the Equitrans Share Exchange, the Company will own approximately 9.95% of the outstanding shares of Equitrans Midstream's common stock.
