Related Party Transactions	15. Related Party Transactions The Company leases a facility and sells product to an entity controlled by a member of the Board who was the former owner of Integrated, a business that the Company acquired. The total right-of-use asset and related lease liability as of May 31, 2020 was $1.7 million and $1.7 million, respectively. During the three months ended May 31, 2020, total lease payment made to, and sales made to, the related party were approximately $0.1 million and $0.5 million, respectively.
