The Company leases a facility and sells product to an entity controlled by a board member of the Company. The total right-of-use asset and related lease liability for each of the three fiscal years ended February 28, 2025, February 29, 2024, and February 28, 2023 was $1.7 million and $1.7 million, $0.4 million and $0.4 million and $0.8 million and $0.8 million, respectively. Total lease payments made to, and sales made to, the related party for each of the three fiscal years ended February 28, 2025, February 29, 2024, and February 28, 2023 were approximately $0.5 million and $2.7 million, $0.4 million and $3.0 million and $0.4 million and $3.5 million, respectively.
