Short Term Investments	NOTE 8 — SHORT TERM INVESTMENTS: At March 31, 2019 and March 31, 2018, the Company held short-term investments in certificates of deposit totaling $28.4 million and $16.0 million, respectively. The Company held $2.0 million in certificates of deposit which were classified as cash equivalents as of March 31, 2019 and $5.0 million as of March 31, 2018. The $2.0 million in certificates of deposit classified as cash equivalents, have subsequently matured and have been re-invested into certificates of deposit.
