Short Term Investments	NOTE 9 — SHORT TERM INVESTMENTS At September 30, 2014 and March 31, 2014, the Company held short term investments totaling $15.0 million and $32.2 million, respectively. The investments as of September 30, 2014 of $15.0 million are invested in certificates of deposit with durations in excess of three months, all of which mature on October 31, 2014.
