Income Taxes	INCOME TAXES Income taxes were $94 in the first quarter of fiscal 2020 and $124 in 2019, resulting in effective tax rates of 22 percent and 21 percent, respectively. The current year and prior year rates included favorable discrete items, which reduced the rates 1 percentage point and 3 percentage points, respectively.
