Share Repurchase Program:

On

November 6, 2018,

the Board of Directors authorized a share repurchase program to purchase up to

$5,000,000

of common stock. The program has

no

expiration date, but it

may

be suspended or discontinued at any time. We have

not

repurchased any shares under this program through

November 8, 2018.
