April 1, 2018,

we executed the First Addendum to our Lease Agreement for Intelligent Systems. The Addendum provides for the extension of the Lease Agreement for an additional

three

year term from

April 1, 2018

through

March 31, 2021

on the same terms and conditions as the original Lease Agreement. Accordingly, our future minimum lease payments for offices and data centers expiring through

May 31, 2022
