12. STOCKHOLDERS’ EQUITY

We have authorized 20,000,000 shares of common stock, $0.01 par value per share and 2,000,000 shares of special stock, of which none is outstanding. The Board of Directors has authorized stock repurchases of our common stock from time to time but no repurchases were authorized or made in the two years ending 2014 and there are no outstanding authorizations for repurchases.
