RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION

The lease on our headquarters and primary facility in Norcross, Georgia is held by ISC Properties, LLC, an entity controlled by our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, J. Leland Strange. Mr. Strange holds a 100% ownership interest in ISC Properties, LLC. We paid rent of $468,000 and $467,000 to ISC Properties, LLC in the years ended December 31, 2014 and 2013, respectively. We have determined that ISC Properties, LLC is not a variable interest entity.
