12. Subsequent Event – We evaluated subsequent events through the date when these financial statements were issued. Except for the legal matter disclosed in Note 7, we are not aware of any significant events that occurred subsequent to the balance sheet date but prior to the filing of this report that would have a material impact on our Consolidated Financial Statements.
