Compensation and Employee Benefit Plans [Text Block]	10. DEFINED CONTRIBUTION PLANS We maintain a 401(k) defined contribution plan covering all U.S. employees. Our matching contributions, net of forfeitures, under the plan, which are optional and based on the level of individual participant’s contributions, amounted to $39,000 and $37,000 in 2013 and 2012, respectively.
