RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION The lease on our headquarters and primary facility in Norcross, Georgia is held by ISC Properties, LLC, an entity controlled by our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, J. Leland Strange. Mr. Strange holds a 100% ownership interest in ISC Properties, LLC. We paid rent of $467,000 to ISC Properties, LLC in each of the years ended December 31, 2012 and 2011. We have determined that ISC Properties, LLC is not a variable interest entity.
