The computation of diluted earnings per common share omitted options to purchase an additional 0.1 million and 0.1 million shares of common stock outstanding for the three month periods ended February 28, 2015 and 2014, respectively, and options to purchase an additional 0.1 million and 0.0 million shares of common stock outstanding for the nine month periods ended February 28, 2015 and 2014, respectively, because the options were anti-dilutive.
