Organization and Business	Organization and Business – Perseon Corporation, formerly BSD Medical Corporation, (the “Company”) was incorporated in the State of Delaware on July 3, 1986. In February 2015, we changed the name of the Company to Perseon Corporation. We are a life sciences company that develops, manufactures, markets and services groundbreaking medical systems to treat cancer using heat therapy. Our MicroThermX^®microwave ablation system employs precision-guided microwave energy to ablate diseased soft tissue. We have developed extensive intellectual property and distribute our products in the United States, Europe and Asia.
