ORGANIZATION	ORGANIZATION Telos Corporation, together with its subsidiaries (collectively, the "Company" or "Telos" or "We" or "Our"), a Maryland corporation, is a leading provider of cyber, cloud and enterprise security solutions for the world's most security-conscious organizations. We own all of the issued and outstanding shares of Xacta Corporation and ubIQuity.com, inc., (a holding company for Xacta Corporation), and 100% ownership interest in Telos Identity Management Solutions, LLC ("Telos ID") and Teloworks, Inc. ("Teloworks"). On March 13, 2024, the Board of Directors unanimously approved the dissolution of Telos APAC Pte. Ltd. ("Telos APAC"), a pre-operating foreign subsidiary, pursuant to a plan of complete liquidation and dissolution. Telos APAC was dissolved on October 7, 2024. The dissolution of this subsidiary did not have a material impact on the Company's business, results of operations and financial condition.
