Related Party Transactions	Note 9. Related Party Transactions Emmett J. Wood, the brother of our Chairman and CEO, has been an employee of the Company since 1996. The amounts paid to this individual as compensation were $70,000 and $323,000 for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2014, respectively, and $69,000 and $193,000, for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2013, respectively. Additionally, Mr. Wood owned 650,000 shares and 50,000 shares of the Company's Class A Common Stock and Class B Common Stock, respectively, as of September 30, 2014.
