Related Party Transactions	Note 9. Related Party Transactions Emmett J. Wood, the brother of our Chairman and CEO, has been an employee of the Company since 1996. The amounts paid to this individual as compensation for the three months ended March 31, 2014 and 2013 were $94,000 and $53,000, respectively. Additionally, Mr. Wood owned 650,000 shares and 50,000 shares of the Company's Class A Common Stock and Class B Common Stock, respectively, as of March 31, 2014.
