[1] During the three months ended June 30, 2018, the Company acquired a product line from Keysight Technologies, Inc. (“Keysight”) and entered into a transition services agreement pursuant to which Keysight provides certain manufacturing services to the Company. The Company recorded the manufacturing services fees under the transition services agreement with Keysight within cost of revenues, which was immaterial for the three months ended September 30, 2018.
