Accounting Policy	The accompanying unaudited consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America for interim financial information and with the instructions to Form 10 Q and Articles 8 and 10 of Regulation S X. Accordingly, they do not include all of the information and disclosures required by accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America for complete financial statements. These financial statements should be read in conjunction with the consolidated financial statements of the Company and notes thereto for the year ended December 31, 2016, included in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K (file number 000-09341). In the opinion of management, all adjustments (consisting of normal recurring accruals) considered necessary for a fair presentation have been included. Operating results for the three months ended March 31, 2017 are not necessarily indicative of the results that may be expected for the year ending December 31, 2017. The presentation of certain amounts in the prior year have been reclassified to conform to the 2017 presentation. See additional discussion regarding correction of errors in Note 21 and 22 included in the Company’s Form 10-K/A and in Note 13 of this Form 10-Q/A.
