Subsequent Events [Text Block]	NOTE J – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Subsequent to July 31, 2016 the Company: Issued 36,008,092 shares of common stock upon the conversion of $23,207 of note principal and accrued interest. Issued 1,000,000 shares of common stock for services. Entered into new notes payable aggregating $124,500.
