Discontinued Operations and Disposal Groups [Abstract]

As of April 1, 2022, certain properties owned by the Company met the accounting guidance criteria to be classified as assets held for sale. The properties primarily relate to warehousing and distribution operations that have been consolidated into new facilities. All properties classified as held for sale are included in the Nonalcoholic Beverages segment. There are not any liabilities held for sale associated with these properties and none meet the accounting guidance criteria to be classified as discontinued operations.
