Related Party Transactions	4. Related Party Transactions The Company leases office space from the estate of its former president. Rent expense for this month-to-month lease was $22,500 for each of the nine month periods ended September 30, 2013 and 2012 and $7,500 for each of the three month periods ended September 30, 2013 and 2012.
