Dividends

No dividends were declared or paid during the three months ended March 31, 2011.

Common Stock Repurchases

In August 2004, the Board of Directors approved a plan to repurchase up to 200,000 shares of the Company’s common stock at prices deemed favorable in the open market or in privately negotiated transactions subject to market conditions, the Company’s financial position and other considerations.  This program has no expiration date.  No shares were repurchased in the three and six month periods ending June 30, 2011 and 2010.  As of June 30, 2011, 64,700 shares remained authorized for repurchase under the program.
