Treasury Stock

As of June 30, 2025, we had a remaining authorization to repurchase up to approximately $895.7 million of our common stock. In second quarter 2025, we repurchased 1.5 million shares at an aggregate cost of $52.9 million ($53.4 million including the 1% excise tax).
